It is in the heart of the oldest vineyard in France (6th century B.C.) that the wines of
the OC region are found. Open to the Mediterranean Sea, it stretches along the Gulf
of Lion, from Nîmes through the Camargue to the Spanish border.

the French winegrowing landscape. This wine comes from a vineyard that participates in the
preservation of the land for future generations. The winegrowers are part of a certified
environmental approach.
In the vineyard
Cabernet Sauvignon is a grape variety known for making great red wines, rather full-bodied,
tannic, but fruity and pleasant to drink. It is the most common black wine variety in the world
after Merlot, thanks to the high quality of its wine.

Serving
Traditionally served at room temperature (between 15 and 17°C), you can enjoy it chilled
during the summer months.
Tasting
It has a beautiful deep red colour. On the nose, the wine presents notes of black fruits such as
blackcurrant and blackberry, with a little spicy touch of pepper and liquorice. On the palate,
the attack is ample with silky tannins. The finish is persistent, dominated by red fruits.
